This plain-language foundation explains the information Goopuh may receive through the current website.
Information you provide
If you submit a contact form, Goopuh may receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, authentication, or customer information through a general contact form.
Website and technical data
Hosting, security, caching, and WordPress services may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps. Their handling is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics and cookie choices
Goopuh asks before allowing Google Analytics storage. If a visitor accepts analytics, Google may use first-party identifiers and technical interaction data to help Goopuh understand page use, resource downloads, email subscriptions, and interest in Trade Profit OS. Goopuh does not send email addresses to Analytics. If a visitor rejects analytics, analytics storage remains denied. The choice is saved in a first-party cookie named goopuh_analytics_consent for up to 12 months and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.
Free downloads, email updates, and early access
Before a first resource download, Goopuh offers an optional email signup. Visitors may continue without subscribing. The Trade Profit OS page also offers a separate optional early-access list for development updates and possible future testing opportunities. When a visitor checks the applicable consent box and submits a valid email, Goopuh sends the email address, consent time, signup source, and selected resource or product-interest label to Brevo, the email-marketing provider. Brevo manages the subscriber record and unsubscribe status. Goopuh does not send or store an email entered without consent.
Download-choice cookie
After the visitor subscribes or chooses to continue without subscribing, Goopuh saves a first-party cookie named goopuh_resource_prompt_seen for up to 12 months. It contains only a simple yes/no completion value so the optional prompt is not shown before every download. It does not contain the visitor’s email, track activity across other websites, or serve advertising. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices may cause the prompt to appear again.
Email choices
Marketing emails identify Goopuh and include an unsubscribe option. A subscriber may use that link at any time. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages but may not erase limited records that must be retained to honor the opt-out.
Retention, requests, and future software
Contact messages may be kept as reasonably necessary to respond, improve the site, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Use the Contact page for a privacy question or request. This policy must be expanded before Trade Profit OS collects account, payment, business, employee, or customer data.
